Joanne Webb is the Practice Leader of our Corporate and Governance Department. She has over twenty years’ experience in corporate secretarial practice. She heads the Corporate and Governance Department, which serves an elite cadre of clients including listed companies, state enterprises, multinationals, small investment holding companies and external companies. Joanne’s experience is extensive and includes, amongst other things, corporate start- ups, corporate reconstructions and amalgamations, company registrations, liquidations, statutory compliance and maintenance and corporate governance advisory.
Joanne is a Fellow Member of The Chartered Governance Institute (formerly The Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA)) and is the Deputy Chair of the Institute’s Trinidad and Tobago Chapter. She also holds the designation of Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist with the Association of Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialists (ACAMS).
