Adrian Parbhoo leads the Aegis Human Resources Department with over 5 years’ experience specialized in employee engagement, performance management, training and development and recruitment and selection.

Adrian holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management from the Arthur Lok Jack Global School of Business.

His background enables him to proactively lead teams, reengineer processes, build engagement and translate business strategy into meaningful execution. Adrian’s innate passion for learning and development is further channelled through his active involvement as both an Alumni and Mentor at ALGSB.
