- Annual Return – to be filed not later than thirty (30) days after the anniversary date of the Company’s registration in Trinidad and Tobago
- Return of Alteration in the List or Particulars of Directors – to be filed within thirty (30) days of change in directorship (appointment or ceasing to act)
- Notice of Change of Address of Principal Office in Trinidad and Tobago – to be filed within fifteen (15) days of change
